Permanently remove your InvoiceNexora account and stored data.
If you no longer want to use InvoiceNexora, you can permanently remove your account and stored data directly from the mobile app. This page explains what happens and how to complete the process safely.

Overview
At InvoiceNexora, we respect your control over your account and data. If you decide to stop using the app, you can permanently delete your account directly from the mobile experience.
Warning: This action is permanent.
Deleting your account will remove your access and erase the billing data associated with that account. This action cannot be reversed.
Steps to delete your account
Follow these steps in the InvoiceNexora mobile app:

Open the InvoiceNexora mobile app and sign in to your account.

Go to the Settings screen from the bottom navigation.

Scroll to the bottom until you reach the Danger Zone section.

Tap the "Delete Account" action.
- 5
Read the warning carefully, then confirm by tapping "Delete Account" again.
What gets deleted
Depending on the current product implementation, account deletion is intended to remove the data associated with your use of the app, including:
- your profile and account settings
- business profile details and invoice defaults
- saved clients and invoice history
- generated invoice records and related billing data
- other account-linked product data stored for your use of the app
