Who we are

InvoiceNexora is the operator of this website, the InvoiceNexora mobile app, and the related API services described on this page. If you have privacy questions, requests, or concerns, you can contact us at hello@invoicenexora.com.

What this policy covers

This policy describes how InvoiceNexora collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the InvoiceNexora mobile app, related API services, and the marketing website. InvoiceNexora is built for freelancers and small businesses that want to create branded invoices, manage clients, send invoice PDFs, and keep payment status organized.

Information we collect

When you create and use an account, InvoiceNexora may collect your name, email address, password, onboarding status, and profile preferences. Inside the product, we may also collect business profile information, invoice settings, client records, invoice details, line items, dates, tax and discount settings, invoice status data, uploaded logos or signatures, and feedback or feature requests you submit through the app.

How we use information

We use information to provide the core product experience: account access, onboarding, business profile setup, client management, invoice creation, PDF preview and generation, invoice delivery, dashboard totals, settings management, support of password reset flows, and general product improvement. We also use information to maintain security, reduce abuse, and monitor service health.

Website data and basic technical information

When you visit the InvoiceNexora website, our hosting and delivery infrastructure may automatically receive limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and request logs. We use this type of information for site delivery, reliability, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and basic operational monitoring. This policy should be updated if analytics, advertising, or additional tracking technologies are added later.

When information is shared

InvoiceNexora uses service providers and infrastructure partners to operate the product. Based on the current implementation, this includes cloud storage and media handling for uploaded assets, email delivery providers for account and invoice-related emails, hosting and database infrastructure, and development or security tooling needed to maintain the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not describe any advertising-network or data-broker sharing in the current product implementation.

Files, logos, and signatures

If you upload a business logo, signature image, or supported document, that file may be stored with InvoiceNexora's file-handling infrastructure so it can be used inside your business profile or invoice output. Drawn signatures may also be stored locally on the device depending on the workflow you use in the app.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain account history, provide invoice and client functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. In practice, account, client, invoice, and settings data may remain in our systems until you delete it, request deletion of your account, or it is removed through our internal retention processes. Backups, logs, and legally required records may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Security practices

InvoiceNexora is designed around authenticated API access, protected account routes, password-based login, password reset verification, and server-side data storage for user, client, invoice, and settings records. No internet service can promise absolute security, so users should avoid placing highly sensitive secrets in free-text notes or uploads that are not required for invoicing.

Access, correction, deletion, and your rights

You can review and update much of your information directly in the app, including business profile details, invoice defaults, clients, and invoice content. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting hello@invoicenexora.com. Where applicable law gives you additional privacy rights, we will work to honor those rights subject to verification and legal exceptions.

Your choices and controls

You can update much of your information from the product itself, including your business profile, invoice defaults, client records, invoice content, and some account settings. The backend also includes account deletion support. If you submit an iOS launch-updates email or product feedback, you can request removal through InvoiceNexora by contacting the privacy contact listed on this page.

International processing

InvoiceNexora may use service providers or infrastructure that process or store data in countries other than the country where you use the product. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection rules than your own.

California and similar regional disclosures

If you are covered by privacy laws that require specific disclosures or request rights, including California privacy rules, this page is intended to describe the categories of information we collect, the business purposes for using it, the categories of third parties involved in operating the service, and the ways you can request access, correction, or deletion. A more detailed regional notice may be added later if the product's compliance scope expands.

Children's privacy

InvoiceNexora is intended for freelancers, independent professionals, and small businesses. It is not designed for use by children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as InvoiceNexora evolves. When the policy changes, the latest version on this page will control going forward unless a different notice is required.

Product note

This page reflects the current InvoiceNexora product shape.

The current mobile app and backend support account access, onboarding, business profile settings, client records, invoice items, PDF-related workflows, file uploads, dashboard reporting, feature requests, and account deletion support. If those product capabilities change, this policy should be updated alongside them.
