These terms and conditions describe the basic rules, responsibilities, and limits that apply when you use the InvoiceNexora website, app, and related services.

By accessing or using the InvoiceNexora website, mobile app, or related API services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
InvoiceNexora provides invoicing and related workflow tools for freelancers and small businesses, including account onboarding, business profile setup, client management, invoice creation, PDF-related workflows, file uploads, and account settings.
The current product includes a free plan. If we offer Pro or other paid plans, pricing will be shown in the app or on supported sales pages before you subscribe. Subscription purchases may be processed through Google Play Billing, which can collect billing country, purchase tokens, renewal state, and transaction metadata. Taxes or local charges may apply based on your region.
If a paid plan is available, you can cancel through the app store or payment provider that manages the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not necessarily retroactively refund a completed billing period. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app-store or payment-provider rules, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You should provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. The service is intended for business and professional use, not for children.
You may use InvoiceNexora only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate product purposes. You must not use the service to transmit unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with the product, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or abusive invoice activity.
You retain responsibility for the business details, client information, invoice records, files, signatures, notes, and other content you submit through the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use and share that content. You grant the service the limited rights needed to host, process, display, generate, send, and otherwise operate on that content to provide the product features.
If the product sends invoices, password-reset messages, or other account-related communications, you are responsible for using accurate recipient information and for complying with laws or obligations that apply to your own business communications. Delivery timing and inbox placement may depend on third-party providers and recipient systems outside our control.
InvoiceNexora may add, remove, suspend, or change features, workflows, limits, designs, or integrations at any time. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party outages may affect availability.
The InvoiceNexora website, product design, trademarks, logos, software, and related content remain the property of InvoiceNexora or its licensors, except for content that users provide. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service itself.
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, file handling, email delivery, and other infrastructure. We are not responsible for separate third-party services, websites, or policies that are outside the service itself, even when they help operate product features.
We may suspend or terminate access to InvoiceNexora if we believe these terms have been violated, if the service is being misused, if continued access creates risk, or if we discontinue some or all of the service. You may also stop using the service at any time, and account deletion support is available through the product or by contacting hello@invoicenexora.com.
InvoiceNexora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every accounting, tax, legal, or compliance situation. The product is an invoicing workflow tool, not legal, tax, or accounting advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the use of the service. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted under applicable law.
These terms should be governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the service, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer or other mandatory laws require otherwise. A more specific governing-law and dispute-resolution clause can be added once the operating entity and jurisdiction are finalized.
We may update these Terms and Conditions as InvoiceNexora evolves. When we do, the latest version published on this page will apply going forward unless a different notice or effective-date approach is required by law.
