What the free plan limits
Nothing about your volume. Free accounts get unlimited invoices and unlimited clients — there is no quota, no credit system, and no monthly allowance to keep an eye on. The differences between Free and Pro are cloud backup, multi-device sync, the number of templates, email payment reminders, and ads.
On the free plan you will see a banner on the dashboard, invoice list, client list, and settings screens, and occasionally a full-screen ad after you export or share an invoice. There are no ads while you fill in a form or preview an invoice, none while you are offline, and nothing is ever added to the invoice PDFs your clients receive. Pro removes ads everywhere.
When Pro makes sense
If you work across more than one device, or you would rather not rely on a backup file you manage yourself, InvoiceNexora Pro adds automatic cloud backup and multi-device sync, and removes ads. It costs $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year, which works out to about $7.50 per month on the yearly plan. It also unlocks all 12 invoice templates and unlimited payment reminders emailed to clients. Billing runs through Google Play, so you can cancel from your Google Play subscription settings whenever you want. Prices are shown in USD and converted to your local currency at checkout.
